This work is deeply personal to me.

Years ago, I found myself navigating my own health challenges, including Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Like many people, I was searching for answers and looking for a path that addressed more than just symptoms. I wanted to understand why my body was struggling and what I could do to support true healing.

Through a combination of clinical herbalism, nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress reduction, and a commitment to understanding the body's interconnected systems, I was able to restore my health and place my Hashimoto's into remission.

That experience ignited a passion that would eventually become my life's work.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of studying and working alongside integrative and functional medicine practitioners, where I gained valuable experience reviewing health histories, understanding optimal laboratory ranges, evaluating potential herb-drug interactions, and exploring orthomolecular approaches to nutrition and supplementation.

These experiences helped me develop a more comprehensive understanding of wellness—one that bridges traditional herbal wisdom with modern functional wellness principles.

A foundational part of my approach is the belief that nutrient-dense, whole foods play a critical role in supporting optimal health. While every wellness plan is personalized, I often recommend incorporating high-quality animal foods as part of a nutrient-rich dietary framework due to their unique concentration of bioavailable protein, essential fatty acids, minerals, and fat-soluble nutrients.

For this reason, my coaching tends to be the best fit for individuals who are open to exploring animal-based nutrition as part of their wellness journey and who are willing to make meaningful dietary and lifestyle changes in support of their health goals.
