Initial Consultation (60–90 minutes)
Before we meet, I’ll review your intake form so I come prepared with a clear understanding of your health history.
During our session, we’ll take a deep dive into your current state of health, including:
- Energy, digestion, and symptoms
- Stress levels and support systems
- Family history and environmental exposures
- Current diet, supplements, and daily habits
This is a thorough, root-cause assessment—not a surface-level conversation.
I may also ask to observe physical cues such as posture, overall presentation, or tongue assessment, as the body often reveals underlying imbalances when you know what to look for.
You’ll leave this session with clarity and direction. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email outlining your personalized plan, including:
- Dietary guidance
- Lifestyle shifts
- Targeted supplements
- Herbal support
- Recommended lab testing (if deeper insight is needed)
$175 (supplements, herbs, and lab testing are not included)
-
Second Coaching Session (60minutes)
This session is where we refine and build momentum.
We’ll review how your body is responding to the initial plan, discuss any lab results if applicable, and make targeted adjustments to your protocol to keep you moving forward.

Book an Appointment
If you’re ready to take your health back, I invite you to book your initial consultation.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome email along with an in-depth intake form. This form must be completed and returned at least one week prior to your session so I can fully prepare for our time together.

Yes—deeply. The thyroid is closely connected to your nervous system and adrenal function. Ongoing stress elevates cortisol, which can reduce active thyroid hormone (T3) and slow metabolism. This can show up as fatigue, weight resistance, mood shifts, and hormonal imbalance—even when lab work appears “normal.”
-
It depends on where your body is starting from—but many people begin to notice subtle shifts within the first 1–2 weeks when they consistently support their nervous system, nutrition, and daily rhythms.
More meaningful, lasting changes in energy, metabolism, and hormone balance typically build over 4–8 weeks. The body doesn’t heal through force—it responds to consistency.
It’s up to you to stay consistent—what you do daily is what shapes how you feel. When you create the right conditions, your body knows exactly what to do.
-
You don’t need to do everything at once to start seeing real change. In fact, more isn’t always better.
We’ll talk through this together on your initial call, and I’ll tailor suggestions to support you where you are right now—without overwhelm or unnecessary expense.
I don’t treat lab results—I treat the whole person. That means the foundation is always your daily habits: how you eat, how you live, and how consistently you support your body.
Most importantly, it’s about staying consistent with the dietary and lifestyle shifts that actually move the needle.
And interestingly, when people begin to feel better, they often find that other areas of life improve too—including their relationship with money.

No, I do not work with insurance companies. I operate strictly as a health coach.
My goal is not to keep you dependent on services—it’s to help you return to a metabolically strong, self-sufficient way of living where you no longer need ongoing support.
This work is about education, empowerment, and giving you the tools to understand your body, make aligned decisions, and sustain your health long-term.
And ideally, as you feel better, you become an example—someone who inspires others to step into their own health as well.
