What Is Holistic Wellness Coaching
Holistic wellness coaching is a root-cause approach to health that looks beyond symptoms to understand what is truly driving imbalance in the body.
Rather than focusing on a single issue, I take a deeper look at how digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress, emotional patterns, and internal self-talk are all connected.
This work is about restoring function, supporting the body with the right inputs so it can do what it is designed to do: heal, regulate, and thrive.
When appropriate, I also review lab work through an optimal metabolic lens, looking beyond standard ranges to identify patterns impacting energy, digestion, hormones, and overall health.
